With years of experience as a assistent nurse/Careworker in Sweden and in Norway, I now look for work anywhere. I have worked many years in the field of dementia and psychiatry, but I have long felt a great need for further development I have worked with patients diagnosed with COPD, MS, Corea Huntington and patients with ALS diagnosis. I like to work at night and I feel that I'm doing my job in an empathetic and careful way. I'm always happy, nice and social and easy to get in touch with people. I am well-liked by both caregivers and colleagues. I try to focus on the positive and healthy of the individual and think that a good deal of treatment is an important part of my work. Always having the time to give a kind word or smile to someone can delight someone's day. As a person, I am practically made. I am an independent woman and is quite handsome and a little technical. A very kind person with a year and 5 months experience in Priory Court care home with adults. It's my first job in the UK with which I have gained more experience and willing to learn more skills in care. Very caring and supportive, good in communication and good listener, time conscious and punctual at work. Cared for my grand-dad in Ghana for 2 years before he passed away. With that working in care in UK wasn't a problem due to the experience I had whilst caring for my granny. Only have level 1 functional skills Maths and English and hopefully will continue to do my gcses and health and social care soon. ...

I am a fit and healthy 62 year old female. I was previously a registered level 1 nurse. I left the NHS to work asa live in carer for several different individuals with complex care issues such as Huntington’s chorea, and an ex soldier who sustained a fracture to c4/5 which left him almost paralysed from the neck down. I had to finish work to look after my own son who was born with health problems which increased as he got older. I lost my son three years ago. I currently own and manage a busy family restaurant but am keen to return to caring. My daughter will now run my restaurant. ...
