3.2 We reserve the right to withdraw your permission to use our Website where we consider that you have acted in breach of the agreement or these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Please be aware that posting information on our Website such as your profile and curriculum vitae will result in your information being displayed in a public forum. You agree that any user of the Website may access, view, reproduce, download and store any content that you have uploaded to the Website.
3.4 When registering you will be required to provide a username and password. You must ensure that you keep these details secure and do not provide this information to a third party.
3.5 You must ensure that any content that you upload to the Website is lawful and is not in breach of any applicable law or regulation. You must comply with any Posting Rules that are displayed on our site from time to time. You must not upload content which may be defamatory, obscene, abusive,or offensive.

4.2 Any contract for the supply of Service from this Website is between you and Live in Care Jobs Ltd. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide is your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.
4.3 The Service made available to you from this Website is intended for your use only and you warrant that you are acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the Service.
4.4 We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
4.5 All charges listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the future.

5.1 Any use by prospective employers of the CV Database must be for the sole purpose of an employer recruiting an employee and for no other purpose. Employers must not make unsolicited phone calls or send unsolicited mail or texts, email or newsletters to CV holders or to contact any individual by any other means without express permission from the individual.
5.2 Due to the nature of the CV Database we do not verify the content and validity of CVs which are posted to the CV Database. We cannot not represent or warrant the validity or otherwise of any content including the CV Database displayed on our Website.
5.3 Individuals posting CVs to the CV Database do so in the knowledge that this will be on public display and that the CV will be viewed and distributed by or to third parties.
- 6. Job Boards
6.1 Our job boards are split into niche categories. Please ensure that when you are posting a job that you have selected the correct job board.
6.2 You must ensure that all jobs posted by you on a job board comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice in all respects.
6.3 You are not permitted to do the following when posting a job:
6.3.1 include any hyperlinks unless specifically authorised by us;
6.3.2 provide any inaccurate, false or misleading information;
6.3.3 post content which is illegal, defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive or otherwise unlawful;
6.3.4 post content for a competitor of Live in Care Jobs Ltd;
6.3.5 use any names, logos and trademarks unless owned by you or are used by you under licence; and
6.3.6 infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
6.4 Job postings must not be used to:
6.4.1 solicit or obtain payment;
6.4.2 sell, promote, or advertise any product or service;
6.4.3 advertise jobs which are inappropriate to the job boards on the Website which shall include seeking employees for a job of a sexual nature;
6.4.4 promote any opportunity that does not represent bona fide employment or which involves pyramid selling, franchising, distributorship or other agency relationship;
6.4.5 advertise sexual services;
6.4.6 advertise or promote any illegal or unlawful product or service; and
6.4.7 promote any political, ethnic, racial or religious organisation or belief.
6.5 We reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw any job board or posting at anytime where we consider it appropriate to do so.

There are a number of links on our Website to third party websites which we believe may be of interest to you. We do not represent the quality of the goods or services provided by such third parties nor do we have any control over the content or availability of such sites. We cannot accept any responsibility for the content of third party websites or the services or goods that they may provide to you.

13.4 Payment must be made within the timescale notified to you for payment of the Services. Failure to pay on time will result in either the cancellation of the Service or a late payment charge which shall be calculated as interest on the amount due at a rate of 5% over our bank's lending rate. Interest will be charged on a daily basis from the date of invoice to the date of actual receipt of payment in cleared funds.
13.6 If any term or condition of our agreement shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties hereby agree that such term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in force without such term or condition.
13.7 No delay or failure on our part to enforce our rights or remedies under the agreement shall constitute a waiver on our part of such rights or remedies unless such waiver is confirmed in writing.
