Good morning! My name is Anna, I am currently living in a town called Melton Mowbray situated in the heart of Leicestershire. I am currently working as an accounts administrator for a company called B&M Associates, but for the past two years I have been looking after an elderly relative of mine in the evenings and at weekends who is unfortunately going to need more care than the 'the help at home' that i can provide. Hi Garry here, I have just seen the position for a live in carer and I am very interested in the role. I have my NVQ level 3 health and social care and full UK driving license and own transport. I used to work in the youth sector for around 3 years as a trainee development tutor for the Princes trust, working with some of the hardest to reach young people in Merseyside, teaching them a wide range of skills and other personal development, although this isn't exact experience of working within a care home I'm sure I have the mindset and skills necessary for this job regardless of the age or needs of the client.
