I am a Female carer, I have general care experience within the Care Industry and also the Hospitality Industry, I have previous experience. I am looking for work Nationwide, I have City and Guilds from Tuson College Preston Lancs, in Catering, Housekeeping, Public Health and Hygiene. I am British and hold a full British Driving Licence. I am currently a live -in carer based in Grantham Lincs, and for 8 years I managed Lodges in Mozambique. From a young child I have always had a fulfilment from looking after people in their most needing times therefore a job in care is something I have always sought after. After leaving school I gained a place on the HNC Care and Administrative practices course which has lead me to where I am now. I got my first placement in a rehabilitation unit. The first day of placement was emotionally tough. I went home feeling more emotions that I ever believed was possible to feel in one day. This gave me more determination than ever. I went back twice per week and each day I learnt how to deal with my own emotions as well as how learning how to care for each individual patient. I was taught the skills I needed to become a great carer as well as life skills that I would keep with me for the rest of my life.
