My name is Josie Cooper and i have previously worked in dementia which i loved. I am quick to make good relationships with people and love interacting. I have recently finished travelling around the world and see this job as a fantastic opportunity to get to know a lovely woman and help her out where she needs. I have built an understanding in promoting independence and being a "background" help being there as and when the individual needs, i have no interest providing care that someone doesn't require. I have no experience in live in care but i love being given a new challenge and thrive at the opportunity.
