I have been a registered Carer for the last 14 years, having looked after my daughter who has had M.E. for all of these years. In addition, I have supported the Carers at my my late Mother's Extra Sheltered Accommodation, run by Sutton Council, for seven years. Sadly, she passed away in July, aged 98, having suffered from dementia for a number of years, as well as gross lymphodema. My husband of 34 years contracted throat cancer just over a year ago and is now tumour free. I have been cooking for him and supporting him but he is now able to work again and is building up his stamina. I have a clean driving licence and have been driving for 40 years.
