As an individual I always aim to work with excellency, ensuring all tasks are completed with one hundred percent of my effort. I am very adaptable, working well independently or in a team. I have a keen interest in current government legislation regarding health and social care and CQC regulations I can deliver revised and enhanced care. I consider myself to be an approachable individual with excellent achievements in communication. I carry out all my actions with a healthy balance of strict adherence to policies and procedures but also understanding the need of flexibility when catering to individual needs and their specific care plan as each person has their own uniqueness. My personal and working attitude encompasses fully the 6 C's standards; I can offer care that is diverse in experience; alongside renewed levels of training (including NVQ3), the capability of using my own initiative when need for the best results and my genuine compassion for the needs of the individual. ...

I am a 26 year old lady born in Zambia.I believe myself to be compassionate, caring, dependable, diligent among several graces. Having had a chance to nurse and care for my when diagnosed with cancer till her passing away, gave me an experience plus an understanding that left a deep impression for those needing quality attention physically, socially, psychologically and personally. I also had the chance to attend to the needs and delicate care of a close relation, who, in pre-adolescent years became a rheumatoid arthritis patient,which came with its own share of psychological and physical challenges,till gradual recovery was in sight. Given the opportunity to work, it will be a chance to make real and genuine difference in the life of someone other than my close family members and gain practical skill and enhanced career understanding. ...
