hi there my name is kahn, i am from new zealand and hold a working teir 5 youth mobility visa., i have been working as a care assistant at bupa pendean based in midhurst. i have worked with patients with all varied types of needs. rangeing from dementia, to physical needs, personal needs and palliative care, which i take very seriously. i have a huge amount of pride working as a carer, providing support to people to lead as much of an independent life as possible, also providing care person centred, and care for those palliative patients. i have never had a job, or provided a service in which i felt came so naturally and also made me happy dling so. i really enjoy the work and enjoy being able to provide support to other people. i am a very careing person, i like to focus on person centered care, and feel it enriches the lives of the people needing it to ensure there own dignity and independence is protected.
