I enjoy working with people and pride myself on a friendly approachable manner when meeting new clients and acquaintances. I have a caring nature and a great deal of empathy, am a good listener, patient, and non-judgemental. I see the funny side of things and have a good sense of humour but am very calm and respond to problems with a level head. In short, I am organised, enthusiastic, hardworking, dependable, and trustworthy with a ´can do ´ positive attitude and a smile wherever possible. ...

Dear Recruiting Manager, currently, I have 1 year and a half experience working in as live-in carer and the skills and knowledge I have developed I believe would make me a great candidate for this position. I have an understanding personality, a desire to help people, patience, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and I pay attention to detail. With my previous employer, I provided home care for 8 patients, spending few months in each house on rotation, I took on basic medical care, keeping track of their mental state, and helping with essential life duties. Administering medicines, daily wash and groom, meal preparations, keeping records of daily tasks and the patient condition, housekeeping. My patients were typically 65-100 years old with a range of physical and mental health concerns. Although my English isn’t perfect yet, I am working on improving it daily and I would welcome the chance to speak to your company for an interview. ...

I have been working in both frontline care and administrative roles which deliver person centred care to vulnerable and elderly people for over 10 years now. My first experience of this can be attributed to the role I undertook as an SEN Learning Support Assistant, supporting a child living with multiple profound disabilities, I found ways to increase confidence and trust daily. Since undertaking this role, I have obtained up to a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and progressed into a role as a Care Coordinator. ...
