I am a hard working naturally loving person with big heart. I have worked in the care industry for 14 years stating with Adults with Profound learning disabilities and behavioral issues. Through this I gained an understanding and knowledge of alternative ways with working with each individual person. Person-centered care was always at the forefront of our learning. Later I worked within various hospital settings on NHSP gaining crucial experience within the environment. Absolutely loved working in high pressure environments alongside nurses, doctors and physiotherapists. I applied fora role as night senior support worker. Due to circumstance I sadly left the industry but felt I needed to take some much needed time. During this period post covid I started a business with my partner working in events. But this is not where my heart is and I miss the interactions with clients. I am only truly happy when I am helping someone in need. ...
