Dear Sir / Madam, I have been working as a Care Assistant since February 2014 with ‘Radis Community Care’ covering the Leicestershire County. I completed an extensive course covering subjects such as; Moving and Handling, Hoisting, Catheter and Stoma Care, Medications, Dementia, Challenging Behaviours, Food Hygiene, Care Planning and Risk Assessments, Recording Case Notes, COSHH and other Health and Safety modules. I have gained numerous practical skills and techniques in providing Care to people with a wide range of illnesses and disabilities, both mental and physical.I enjoy this aspect of my job as I like interacting with people and understanding their individual needs so that I can assist them in the most appropriate way for them.
