I currently live between the South of England & Spain & would like a job in the UK. As an individual, I like order I can work on my own or as part of a team, I learn quickly & am able to continue to work under my own initiative, I can prioritise & work to schedules. While I have no formal care training, one of my children is both Aspergers & ADHD, I was his carer for 16 years until he went into sheltered living. I was responsible for all aspects of his care, including getting him through diagnoses, school statementing, administering controlled medications. I have not been in paid employment since 2008 when my sons care was such that working full time became impossible. I became my sons full time carer & managed to improve my education completing a foundation degree in Humanistic Counselling, along with this I have been a constant volunteer in the caring sector.
