I am a 45 yrs old with 12 months live in care experience for a lady who has progressive dementia. I would like to continue in my current position aswell as seek 4 extra days a week, preferably between Friday and Tuesday.. I have my level 2 and will be proceeding to level 3 this year. I have extensive training in dementia, medication, incontinence and all aspects of an excellent carer with references . I love my job, I have no personal commitments and reliable. I beleive common knowledge and understanding and the ability to use empathy creates a good relationship in this area of work with integrity being the main focus. ...

My name is Shannon Mitchley, I am 22 years old. I have studied and have experience in the health care sector. I am very patient and have exceptional communicational skills. I have live in and live out care experience. The live out was with children and was aupair work, cleaning, cooking, taking care of the children's needs daily. The live in work was with children and adults. I had formal nursing training and experience for 2 years in South Africa when I left school a very long time ago. I did not pursue this as I had to get a job to support my family. I have completed the Dementia course through the University of Tasmania and have also got my Medicine Dispensing Diploma through the Pharmaceutical Society. Both of these certs were obtained in the last 2 years. I worked in a high profile PA position in Andover for 6 years prior to deciding that I no longer wanted to be in the corporate world and that my calling was Healthcare in some form. ...
