I am a caring , loving but most of all a respectful individual who is passionate about the emotional and physical wellbeing of those in need . I have got years of experience in residential and nursing homes as well as in hospitals and homes . At the moment I have started live in care and I love it purely because the attention is to the individual their needs and preferences , instead of working for targets .
