Support letter My name is Iskra Aleksieva. I am from Bulgaria living and working in the UK since 2003. I have about 22 years experience working as a nurse in Bulgaria and Lybia caring for patient with cardio-pulmonary disease, orthopaedic and emergency department. In the UK I experienced adult with special needs as a complex physical difficulty, epilepsy and dementia.
