My name is Mark Bushell I have been doing care work for the last 32 yrs. Children and families and Adults with learning disabilities. I have been working with one client who was 45 yrs old living in supported living. His family told me this is the happiest he has been for 10 yrs. However my employer was putting me under pressure to move another client into the house as we were not making a profit with one client, I refused because the new client was totally unsuitable match.
