Im Laura, Im 28 years old. I have experience in the care sector, i completed a enhanced diploma in child nursing in 2011. I also have a diploma in children and young persons workforce which i completed in 2016. I am working towards a BSc top up degree in Leadership and management current via long distance learning which is due to be completed by February 2018. I have worked as a special needs nanny for four years with a beautiful family of four. The 3 year old young man had been diagnosed with severe autism, he was non verbal and displayed extremely challenging behaviours. The second chid was a 10 month old baby girl. I absolutely loved my job with this wonderful family, however i had to give it up to care for my granny who had been suffering with dementia for 11 years. I cared for her entirely at home until she passed in April 2017. ...
