Hello My name is Paulene and I am a highly experienced about to be retired care home manager, speciality dementia. (Bradford Uni trained) Ex nurse, post graduate diplomas, dementia coach and dementia friend.. my role is to promote individuality, independence, fun and enjoyment in life.
