My name is Monja de Beer. I am 42 years young and live in South Africa. I would love to be able to join your organisation and be a live in carer. I worked for 7 years for the Care of the Aged as a Financial Manager but my duties did not restrict me just to an office job. I was actively involved with the community also. My mother was and still is a nurse at an old age home all my live, so I practically grew up with the elderly. This is where my love is coming from for the elderly. I am an empathic, person-centred 48-year old, single female, with a balanced, & relatively active & healthy lifestyle. I'm a South African qualified Social Worker since 2003 (have worked in the field of Disabilities too, where it was sometimes required of me to assist my clients with physical tasks if/when necessary whilst attending to them in context of Social Work).
