Mature professional caring lady with approx 35yrs experience in care I currently work for NHS England , And most importantly life experience.I have excellent communication and written skills and am computer literate, I have the following experience including hospital care/ nursing home and community including social services experienced in end of life / palative care, dimentia/ Alzheimer's and motor neurones and cancer care, skin integrity, and prevention, moving and handling using hoists and equipment, Medication Administration , wound care stoma care surgical care incontinence including catheters ileostomys, I currently work for the NHS and will be leaving in the near future to Persue other avenues of my life, my work, Experience also includes , stroke phlebotomy. Diabetic care, and much more NVQ level 2 & 3 city and guilds in health and social care and up to date with all mandatory Trainings , I have a full / clean uk driving licence and a car, i enjoy preparing / cooking using fresh ingredients including special dietary requirements .
