My name is Nokuthula, pronounced 'knock-too-lah.' I am looking for a London-based live in care job with a two weeks on and two weeks off rota. I drive and own a personal vehicle. I am originally from Zimbabwe and I have lived in the UK for the past 18 years. I am fluent and confident in spoken and written English communication. I am an experienced health care assistant with a background in business management and fashion. My care experience ranges from companionship, brain and spinal injuries, visual/sound impairments, dementia/Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. I lost my job with a Mayfair independent jewellery designer around June this year. I have taken this as a blessing in disguise to work flexibly on things that I find more fulfilling. I love fashion and making a difference in someone else's day. I love to learn from and about people and hear their stories. I'm hard working , driven and passionate about my work and hobbies , my hobbies include amature music production and editing , I know my way around computers very well . I am patient and try to be as understanding as I can due to my compassionate nature. I love to spend time with elderly , in my last job doing domiciliary care for the eldery and dementia , I found what I love doing most - caring for people. As stated in my last job, I did domiciliary care for a year and thoroughly enjoyed it , and I miss my old service users, which is a huge part of my motivation to do live in care - Having a one-to-one client that I can focus all my attention on will be a step in the right direction for me. I am looking for live in care around the U.K and will be expecting £80-£100 per day but flexible. I do not drive , so public transport will be my source of transportation. I love animals of all kinds , even reptiles and have 2 kittens myself that can travel with me if that would be a thing to consider for therapeutic purposes. I'm outgoing and friendly, I enjoy working in Care and have been in this profession now since 2011 I have been doing Live in Care for 8yrs I've worked in Care homes and have done Domiciliary Care, I am looking for Live in Care and I am also self employed I have a UTR Number and a Enhanced DBS in Care. I'm willing to do 2 weeks at a time. I do use public transport a lot to get to and from Clients in different areas so that's no problem for me. I've also finished 2yrs with a client who is wheelchair bound and has a condition compared to MND(Motor Neuron Disease). I am also experienced with Hoists and Ceiling Hoists. A little more about me , I am 48 now :) , I love good music , love animals, love the outdoors , mostly depends on the moment and what I'm doing at the time , I'd love to travel one day and see all that the world has to offer in the sense of Culture, Foods, Music and History. I love History it just amazes me :D , I have a laptop I like to play PC games and just keep in touch with Family and Friends. Hope to Be Meeting you soon . Eve W. ...
