Hi my name is Martin and for the last 8 yrs I've been a homemaker and the main carer for my 8 year old daughter; with my partner working. For 4 of those years I was also doubled as the main carer for my father in law and have since gone on to do voluntary work for the North Glasgow Food Initiative(NGFI). I helped set up the local health walk group in Milton of which I'm a walk leader. I have invested in learning new skills and completed the COSCA counselling skills course in October 2020. Early this year I also completed a first aid course which was facilitated by NGFI. As the homemaker in my family I do the majority of the shopping, cooking, washing, Ironing and cleaning. I enjoy running, walking, Tai Chi, reading and I'm trained as a level 2 Reiki practitioner. I'm a non-smoker and non- drinker. I have a clean driving licence and own a car. My partner now works from home and my other daughters (who is 21) lives at home and this now allows me to seek paid work. ...
