Hi good day! My name is Mrs. Cecilia, I lived in Feltham, London I’ve been working in caring for 17 years. I worked in care home institution in elderly people with dementia. I have NVQ level 3 in care, Dementia training, Falls Awareness Certificate. I have worked with Live In Care in different areas in Kent and Central London for almost 3 years now. As a carer, duties are wide ranging. You have to help clients with their immediate needs such as washing, dressing and maintaining their hygiene. Preparing and serving healthy nutritious meals, taking into account any special dietary needs and personal preferences. Prompted medication, taking to doctors appointment/hospital appointment, physiotherapy and taking for a walk exercise. Taking Blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate and respiration. Organising, entertaining visitors, doctors, nurses, family and friends. Housekeeping, beddings, laundry, washing dishes and cleaning commode. Companionship and providing excellent care.
