I am a preschool teacher and also have Mental health specialist diploma. I am working as a SEN Teacher with learning difficulties students /adults. I also have a wide range of experience worked in outreach and care home setting. I supported people with different needs/medical, personal, social, emotional. I worked previously as a mental health support/outreach worker in independent living houses. I also Lead a team of support workers when I was working in Metropolitan supported Housing association and at Dimensions. With the tenants ,colleagues and managers impacts I created individual's care plans, and shared good practice with related professionals e.g, SLT, Nurses, Social workers. I believe it is important to support people with individualized support, and help them to live life happily and without barriers as much as possible. I have required training s/fire safety, and Data protection, also my DBS in the updated service. I like walking, Yoga, travelling and socializing meeting with new people. ...
