In the past 10 years, I have dealt with dementia, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism, those were the most difficult situations I had experienced in my Job career related to care. In comparison with helping elderly, It will be easier to carry out my duty in the best way I can to improve their independence and provide them with high quality of care.
