I have been working in healthcare for the past 5 years. My inspiration comes from nursing my grandmother who suffers from dementia. I was motivated to work in care because all my family have a nursing back ground . I also enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds and enjoy new challenges . I have completed all my mandatory training and looking forward to starting my nurse training in the near future . Most importantly I hope to make a difference in someone’s life . ...

I have two years experience in both live-in and social care with experience also from various front line duties in Security and Concierge, Customer Services duties in busy British railways Stations, and enforcement operations where I developed excellent interpersonal communication, report writing, timekeeping and conflict resolution skills. Furthermore, as a former patient who needed full personal care support, I understand live-in care requirements from Customer's view point too thus adding to my empathy, calmness and tolerance skills.
