I currently work as a Live in carer since May 2021 with individual with complex needs such as Dementia. started working with vulnerable individuals since 2013. I have a range of care and support skills for working with vulnerable individuals including elderly and young adults with learning disabilities with complex care needs that include clear communication verbal and in written, good listener. I am sympathetic, patient, friendly and welcoming happy to try new things and meet new people. I am always willing to help by understanding individual needs and promoting their choices, independence and empower individuals to be in control of their lives as much as they can. I currently work as a Live in carer with individual with dementia. Through my years of experience working in the care sector, I had range of training and strategies to deal with challenging behaviours. I have a range experience and developed training skills to support individuals to meet their needs. My highest education is a BA hon degree and also have room for additional training to expand knowledge and understanding needs of people we support. ...

My training includes taking vitals, observing patients and talking to them to learn more about the problems they are having. I then report any important information to the head nurse or physician caring for the patient. My experience includes helping patients with their personal needs such as using the bathroom, bathing, getting dressed and eating. I also have experience changing beds, I have a pleasant and friendly personality with the ability to help patients feel comfortable and confident that they are receiving the very best care possible, regardless of their condition. I am flexible enough to work in different departments of your facility and to work any shift needed. My plans are to continue my education in the medical field to acquire a nursing degree. I love helping others and I believe there is no better way to do this than by working in the healthcare profession. ...
