Good morning, I am looking for the opportunity to change my career, I was a preschool lead teacher for 10+ years, but 5 years ago I became the full time carer to my grandmother, I continued to work online as an English teacher during this period. Unfortunately my Gran passed in January, but since then I have felt so drawn to becoming a full time carer for others, It was very rewarding to accompany her, I am aware that in the UK we have a carer crisis, and I would like to enter the sector, I don't have any official training, only general first aid training that is necessary for early years education.
