Over the years, I had the privilege of supporting a diverse group of clients, each with their unique set of challenges and requirements. One of the aspects i find most rewarding about being a caregiver is the opportunity to make a tangible difference in someone's life, whether is helping clients to maintain their independence, ensuring they have a listening ear , or facilitating engagement in activities they enjoy. I was born in Scotland and emigrated to South Africa when I was five. I believe I would be an excellent caregiver as I am passionate about people and have alot of patience. I'm hard working, very responsible and easy going with a good sense of humour. I took care of all three of my children whilst my husband worked away from home for long periods. I have much empathy for others especially those in need. I took care of both of my parents in my home when they weren't capable of looking after themselves. In between I have also held responsible jobs at the government and bank as well as running two of my own businesses. I would really appreciate the opportunity and to return to Scotland at last. ...
