Hi, My name is Veronica, I'm working as a carer for 9 years now, and most of the patients have been with Alzheimer's, dementia and many other diseases. I have administrated medication for them, I like to cook fresh food daily for them and I'm very sociable. I have good recommendation and the most important thing about me is that I care about my job and the people I look after. I try my best to make their life as enjoyable as possible and offer them constant assistance. I know this job is hard work but I am really patient and I like taking care of people who are in need. I usually work 24 hours with 2 hours break when I go to do my groceries shopping. Also I am flexible with the shifts so I can easily adapt to any circumstances. Looking forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions please do let me know. Warm Regards, Veronica Surd ...

I am applying to become a Carer because I get much satisfaction from helping others and I believe it’s a career that can be so rewarding given its employment opportunities and its flexibility. I have undertaken various on-line trainings from Florence academy together with holding a care certificate from the NHS E-learning hub and I believe these trainings coupled with my work experience as a care worker make me qualified to undertake this job and carry it out to excellent standards. My journey as a personal care assistant began with taking care of my late uncle who suffered a stroke eight years ago. I helped him with his medication, toileting needs, I have 6 months experience in the United Kingdom working as a support worker for Mary Personal Care located in Forest Gate- I can describe myself as an empathetic, hard-working, diligent and loyal carer who can be relied upon to follow rules and procedures to deliver good care to the patients that I am privileged to interact with. ...
