Blue Sky Enabling have an exciting job opportunity for 2 live-in carers in Trowbridge (food included).  You would be working in a person-centred way with a lovely young man with cerebral palsy who lives in his own home. The rota pattern is 4 weeks on/4 weeks off.

As part of his collaborative teams, you will be supporting him to engage in the community, do shopping and go out to cafés, go to Boccia, have fun and participate in indoor and outdoor leisure activities etc.  You will support him with personal care and all meal planning and cooking. You will encourage and support him to maintain a healthy diet.  You will enable him to live a full and engaged life, promoting independence and dignity. 

You will be supported to maintain training relevant to this role. 

Further information about this service user will be provided to the successful applicant at company induction.   As a requirement of this position, you must drive, and as of 1.4.22, you must be double vaccinated for covid.
