Job Description

Looking for x2 PA's to support a male in his 50's in Hook, Hampshire. We require drivers as he has a WAV and attends day centres during the week.  He has cerebral palsy and requires support throughout the day. He uses ceiling track hoists to get himself to the bathroom and into his wheelchair. The PA will require excellent spoken English, be a calm influence on him and be a detail-oriented individual who can stick to a routine. Medication, personal care, and food preparation will be required. The client is an active person, so he will need someone willing to spend a large part of the day out of the house with him. 

There will be a 2hr daily break and support from carers for personal care in the morning for 90 minutes around 0900, and another call in the evening for 60 minutes around 2100

Working structure will most likely be 2m on 2m off, so it works with a team of 2 PA's.
