Location: Outskirts of Cheshire

Start Date: Week commencing 10th August

Pattern: Live-in (1 carer to start initially, with a second carer to be introduced at a later date)

Client: Male, mid-40s

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly professional Live-In Carer to provide 1-to-1 support for a mid-40s gentleman living on the outskirts of Cheshire. The client has complex needs resulting from a brain injury and is non-ambulatory (unable to walk).

You will work alongside a daytime team (2 carers during peak daytime hours) and an overnight carer to ensure a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.)

Key Responsibilities

• Complex Personal Care: Assist with all daily living activities, including mobility support, transfers, hoisting, and personal hygiene.

• Catheter Care: Provide routine, hygienic catheter management and monitoring.

• Brain Injury Support: Maintain a structured, calm, and predictable daily routine suited to the client's cognitive and rehabilitation needs.

• Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a multi-carer team during the day and ensure seamless handovers with the overnight care team.

• Household Support: Manage light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation for the client as needed.
