What You'll Be Doing

As a Live-in Carer, you'll play a vital role in supporting an active and independent lifestyle by:

• Encouraging confidence, independence, and personal growth

• Supporting daily routines while promoting choice and autonomy

• Accompanying and supporting attendance at social events, music gigs, and community activities

• Providing practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs

• Building positive relationships and encouraging social inclusion

• Supporting emotional well-being and positive outcomes

• Driving to appointments, activities, and exciting social opportunities

• Maintaining high standards of person-centred care and accurate records

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

✔ Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional support

✔ Confident working independently and using their initiative

✔ Flexible and adaptable to an active lifestyle

✔ Experienced in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism

✔ A full UK driving licence holder
