What You'll Be Doing

As a Live-in Carer, you'll play a vital role in supporting an active and independent lifestyle by:

  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and personal growth

  • Supporting daily routines while promoting choice and autonomy

  • Accompanying and supporting attendance at social events, music gigs, and community activities

  • Providing practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs

  • Building positive relationships and encouraging social inclusion

  • Supporting emotional well-being and positive outcomes

  • Driving to appointments, activities, and exciting social opportunities

  • Maintaining high standards of person-centred care and accurate records

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Kind, caring, and genuinely passionate about helping others

Positive, energetic, and able to build strong relationships

Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional support

Confident working independently and using their initiative

Flexible and adaptable to an active lifestyle

Experienced in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism

A full UK driving licence holder
