Job Description

We are looking for a female live-in carer to support a client living in Norton who has Parkinson’s disease.

This is a self-employed live-in care role, working on a two-weeks-on / two-weeks-off basis. The rate of pay is £950 per week.

The ideal carer will be bubbly, outgoing, kind, patient, and reliable, with a genuine passion for supporting people to live safely and comfortably in their own home.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting with daily tasks and routines
• Assisting with personal care
• Providing medication support
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Offering companionship and conversation
• Supporting with mobility where required
• Encouraging independence, dignity, and choice
• Helping to maintain a safe, calm, and comfortable home environment

Requirements:

• Female carer required due to the personal care needs of the client
• Experience supporting clients with Parkinson’s disease is desirable
• Must be self-employed
• Drivers preferred
• Must be bubbly, outgoing, caring, and dependable
• Live-in care experience preferred
