Home Based with Travel to Care homes

to 40k plus travel allowance

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor r to support the 8 high quality Care Homes across the south of the UK. This role will report to their HR BP

What is the role:

The HR Advisor role would be a varied and fast paced role to include:

* Supporting with recruitment across the homes (management of Indeed and care friends’ system) to ensure candidates receive a positive experience

* Absence management support including OH referrals, invite letters for absence reviews etc

* 1st line support for ER based queries from the 8 homes

* Apprenticeships – submit new applications, manage the government portal and maintain contact with learners

* Regular collation of data from the homes for a variety of tasks

* Note taking for any required meetings

* Project work to support the strategy
