Female carer for 2 weeks cover for gentleman with Alzheimer's

About the role: Our client has mid dementia, requires some personal care and is mobile without aides. He requires companionship, taking out for walks in the local town, cooking for himself, and help with normal household tasks. The role requires patience and kindness. Breaks are covered.

Essential:

• At least 5 years’ experience of care for the elderly, in either a live-in or care home capacity.
• Experience with managing Dementia
• The ability to cook nutritious meals
• The right to work in the UK
• Current DBS
• At least 2 professional references
• Current Care Training Certificates

Desirable:

• UK driving licence (a car is provided) 
• NVQ or similar qualification in Health & Social Care.
