Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join our team providing domiciliary care to clients in their own homes. You will be delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals who wish to maintain their independence while receiving the care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

• Supporting with mobility and transfers, including use of hoists where required

• Assisting with medication administration and monitoring

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if needed

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Supporting clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping

• Keeping accurate and up-to-date care records

• Promoting client independence and wellbeing at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in care)

• A caring, respectful, and compassionate approach

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable and committed to delivering high standards of care

• Willingness to travel between clients’ homes (must have access to own transport if required)

• Right to work in the UK
