Job Description

The client is a lady living in a small village in Oxfordshire OX15. She was born in Kent but grew up in Edinburgh. She worked as a teacher and was married but lost her husband when he was only 52. She has no children. We provided hourly care for her for nearly a year but, now provide a live-in service after a muscular issue in her back and had a short period of time in a local care home.

She is 95 years old and set in her ways preferring tasks to be done in a particular way. She likes to be as independent as possible but can get breathless (she has a diagnosis of heart failure) and so will appreciate some help around her personal care. We also provide help with medication, looking after her home, meal preparation (she prefers traditional English food) and companionship.... she does love conversation. She can become a little anxious, especially around her health, and has no dementia.

We are ideally looking for a caregiver happy to work two weeks on and two weeks off.
