I am a hardworking person and experienced in different care settings for more than 10 years. I have the ability to communicate well in English language and I have worked with people who have communication problems such as those with learning difficulties and autism. I work well in a team and willing to learn other skills. I have excellent person-centred care and I like doing things well as how the person likes, than how I like. I am friendly person when the environment welcomes me and I seek to make improvements to both the people who use the service and company and the public. I have worked in different care settings and I have the basic nursing knowledge and skills that I have gained when I was a student nurse undergoing different clinical wards for two years. I have been to orthopaedic ward, ICU, community long term care services, cardiology and emergency unit. However, I decided to leave nursing due to personal circumstances that included financial struggles. ...

I have a compassionate nature and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, I believe I am well-suited to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Having worked as a young carer for my older sister who had a brain tumour for many years, I have gained valuable experience and developed a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs which I have cared for. I have provided assistance with daily activities, including personal care and medication management. Additionally, I have demonstrated expertise in managing complex medical conditions and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for my sister. What sets me apart is my ability to establish strong rapport and trust with the individuals I care for. I prioritise empathy, dignity, and respect in all interactions. I am a good listener and adapt my approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each person, fostering a nurturing and empowering environment. ...
