As a previous paediatric student nurse and support worker with 5 years of care experience, I am motivated by a deep sense of compassion and a desire to help others. I have always been drawn to working with people who have additional needs and love supporting and caring for others. My passion for helping others led me to pursue a career in nursing, where I was able to make a real difference in people's lives on a daily basis but three years into the course, I decided to go down a different route and I've instead decided to return to Open University to teach instead. I am dedicated, hardworking, and committed to providing the best care possible, and I am constantly looking for new ways to improve my skills and knowledge. ...
