I am a mature and reliable person and have a passion of helping people to leave independently in their own homes regardless of their health conditions. I have a BSc degree in Occupational Therapy. Unfortunately I have not had an opportunity to practice as an OT due to some family issue reasons which where beyond my control. However, I believe that if I can work at a lower level, this would definately allow me a good opportunity to build up my confidence and gain experience for my professional role. I have had opportunity of working as a contracted Assistant OT for seven months only. Currently I am working with people with learning disabilities mostly adults as a support worker, in Leeds. My main responsibility is to provide day to day support to the clients in their homes. The support provided allows the clients to live independant lives and assists in improving the theirvqyality if lives. I have over 20 years of driving experience and I own my own car. ...
