Am highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about improving people's lives and making sure that every person under my supervision receives the highest level of care and attention. I feel the best way of summing it up is that am able to perform the tasks carried out by a close friend or relative but in a trained, professional and knowledgeable way. Am highly experienced in providing hands on support and delivery to vulnerable adults by participating in the initial and on-going assessment of their needs. I am comfortable working with children, people with physical or learning disabilities, older people and their families. I have a caring and friendly approach to work and is easily able to relate to people from different backgrounds. I have successfully completed my NVQ in Health and Social Care Diploma Level 2 and will be focussing my future studies on completion of my Level 3 of the above stated.
