I am James Armstrong 23 I have experience working in an independent hospital in a full time role with adults who are under the mental health act some patients also have learning disabilities , schizophrenia and personality disorder. The role as a support worker is to attend to the patients personal hygiene and to support and assist there daily activities weather that be a personal shopping trip or helping them cook . I also have experience working children with challenging behaviour.
