Hi, my name is Mohamed Bangura and I am 49 years old and ethnic origin is Africa (sierra leone).
I have been in this country for 17 years. I have passion and interest in care for people. Based on this, I have always tried to provide services that is efficient and effective. In addition, I am keen to put the needs of the service user first as it shows empathy and compassion. This had enabled me to figure out the issues and problems they may have face and as a result, I have gain the understanding to perform care that is compassionate and considerate as this will allow to avoid or minimise mistakes. My calm disposition also contribute to work with service users that are challenging as I do not easily panic under pressure. I use effective communication techniques understanding their emotions, body language and actions to calm them down thus this had enable me to have good relationship with service users and staff.
