My name is Pippa and I'm a British citizen who has been residing in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa for the last 17 years. Changing circumstances now means I am looking to expand my caring experience in The UK. I am formerly an addictions and trauma counsellor but that experience has stood me in good stead in terms of understanding that everyone's needs are similar, but people are very different and all need to be treated with as much dignity and respect as possible. I have a keen interest in adopting a holistic approach to caring in that I am not just dealing with the person but the mind/body/spirit, but at the same time being respectful of each person's' process.
