Though I live in Portugal for much of the year I have family near Gatwick where I would be welcome to use as a base. I have spent 6 months each year caring for a lady in her nineties. I carried out all of the household duties such as shoppping, cooking and caring for her daily hygiene and medication. I accompanied her on walks, and liked to encourage her to be involved with the daily routines. I think company and conversation were most important to her. ...
