My name is Jan Robinson and I'm currently an assistant head at a school for students with severe and moderate learning difficulties. I want a change now! My organisation is restructuring and I could potentially be offered a redundancy package, but this would not be until December 2016. I have qualified as a hypnotherapist and a psychotherapist recently and I would like to work in an environment which is not target but care driven. My mother is 90 and has recently had a long hospital stay after two bouts of double pneumonia. She is home now but extremely confused and perhaps the transitions have been too much for her. I wish I could spend all my time with her- but financially I am not in that position.
