I started my caring journey over 10 years ago working in a care home as a cleaner, kitchen assistant, domestic and then later on as a Health care assistant. For the last 5 years I have been working as a live-in carer throughout UK. My role involves in the Customer's home providing all aspect of personal and domiciliary care, including: assistance with all aspect of personal care: dressing, undressing, grooming- toileting and incontinence. Assistance with all aspect of medication and usage of aids and personal equipment such as ceiling track hoist or walking aids. Assistance with day-to-day tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry. Providing companionship, taking them shopping or to the cinema. Reading and looking at photo albums or taking them over cups of tea or coffee. I am a kind and caring natured person. I am active woman, I like long walks, cycling, swimming. ...
