My main job is to help and assist those who are in need of care, for example, helping daily routine of washing , eating , eating right food, checking environment, if it’s good according to weather changing , checkin* if they are dresses properly , and also companionship, am a living and caring person , and I follow the right procedures, policies and I use my common sense, but also I work within the guidelines of their care plans
